Job Description

<Position Summary>
You are the one who is setting up the HR function of the company because this company has recently created the HR department. As the company culture, you are required to be not only the manager but also the practical person. Need to use both brain and hands.

– Recruiting workers and engineers. You are required to be a nice communicator and also a negotiator in order to gather enough human resources and also to retain them in the company.
– Contracts with outside suppliers to provide services, such as temporary / contractual employees services for projects, etc. You have to think about the total benefit between outsourcing and doing our own.
– Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
– Make the draft of HR related legal documents in English such as office regulations, employment contract, company policies, safety instruction etc.
– Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation. Especially for the workers because mostly they are not familiar with working in a big company. Initial staff training is also included in your job description.
– Plan and develop needed policy, system, rules and events which contribute to employee retention.
– Build compliance-safe HR environment for the base of strong company. Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations regarding
– HR management, and implement those into practice.
– Identify and analyze training needs (internal & external) – coordinates and administer training programs & assessments.
– Propose KPI for Department, monitor HR metrics & update necessary HR reporting. (Currently, the reporting line is not properly implemented. )
– Salary management and payroll task cooperating with other department.

Job Requirement

– Over 6 years of HR management experience in industries which manage hundreds of workers and staff, especially construction, logistics and manufacturing.
– Advanced level of English. You are often required to use English for conversation and documentation.
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar one.
– Work experience in an international company.
– Experience of hiring and managing hundreds of workers.


– Experience as a HR manager in a civil construction company which directly hire workers and manage hundreds of employees.
– Work experience in a HR role being No.2 or right arm of the company head.
– Able to think about HR things in terms of company management
