Job Description
This position will be a core member of the HR department and a future head of the department, but we do not place much importance on previous experience.
– Provide direction and management of all HR related tasks
– Support current director
– Basic staff training to improve work efficiency and quality
– Management of staff working hours, including attendance and payroll
– Recruitment of new staff, preparation of documents and coordination of interviews
– Labor management in compliance with labor laws
– Take care of staffs and workers and try to provide good working environment
– Outsourcing of workers for factory
– Calculation of staff salaries and bonuses, and instructions for payment of salaries and bonuses for all staff and workers
Job Requirement
– Able to speak and write English at Advanced
– Able to speak Thai to communicate with Thai workers
– Good behavior, Hard working, Flexible, Honest and Self-motivated
– Able to use Microsoft Office
– High IQ (got over 5 points on the IQ test)
Priority
– Experience of working at factory
– Working experience in HR department especially in a factory
– Accuracy in general office work, high level of Excel skills(Word, Excel, email)
– Ability to think logically and collect/interpret legal and other information
– Ability to communicate, negotiate, lead, and solve problems with employees, especially field operators.
