Job Description
ADMINISTRATION
– Responsible and control the administration stock (Stationery and Supplies), Uniform and Admin Stock with monthly report.
– Identify the need of the stationary for existing staff and new joint staff with report and procced with request needed.
– Responsible for identifying the need of the suppliers of the cleaners, cooks, laundry and other concerned departments with monthly request and reports.
– Assist the Manager in making sure the Health and Safety practice are followed by the workers and the staffs.
– Responsible on making sure the organizational chart of each department is up to date at the delegation from the manager.
– Assist the manager in translating documents from Khmer to English and English to Khmer.
– Making sure the telephone list of all staff and workers is up today by monthly bases.
– Responsible for the supervisory of the security with the security company/provider with report.
– Assist the Manager in implementing of the policies of the company such as HR, Admin and Purchasing, and typing documents and assist in issuing company announcements.
– Recording in-out letter
– Assist the manager in any staff issues and disciplinary such as warning.
HUMAN RESOURCES
– New worker introductions and Conduct orientation on company policies and procedure, canteen, accommodation and company do and don’t to all new workers.
– Responsible and handle the work of all recruitments within the company such as arrangement of the job advertisement, shortlisting, interviewing and update report.
– Responsible for processing with the issuance documents of workers/Staff uniform, Locker, ID Cards and reports
– Responsible for the supervisory work of the accommodation arrangement of all staff and workers. Weekly checking and identify the need of change intern of tidiness and cleanliness and report.
– Assist and manage any accident with the staff/worker, visit and follow up the situation of sickness, and claims for the staff and worker with NSSF.
– Monitor Labor Law updates and check the Company’s compliance the law.
– Update the policies based on the labor law and Prakas.
– Monthly report and declaration of staff flow in and out with the department of law bour.
– Responsible for arranging the work permit for all Cambodian staff and foreigners.
– Fillings all file of as assign.
– Others tasks might assign by manager.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor of General Management, Human Resource Management or other related fields.
– At least 1-year experience with HR and Admin tasks and especially Labor law work.
– Experienced working for a Company is preferable.
– Able to work under pressure
– Good in English, both speaking and writing
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Able to use Microsoft office, Internet and e-mail
– A Well-organized person
