Job Description

This role is to monitor, support HR department with assisting recruitment and selection process as well as administration and documentation.

– Assists recruitment and selection process such as preparing job announcement and collect CV for further interview and selection process
– Publish and remove job ads
– Manage Employee Personnel Movement (In and Out Staffs)
– Manage the employment offer letter, employment contract, salary adjustment/promotion, resignation and termination
– Handle payroll processing, wage/salary administration, commission, bonus, fringe benefits, NSSF and etc.,
– Follow up daily attendance from all department and update daily attendance report,
– Able to work on processing Documents under different Ministries in Cambodia
– Manage the administrative tasks related including documentation, reports and filling of HR and related documents
– Ensure company documents kept a proper manner
– Manage sites, buildings and maintenance and repair
– Manage water and electricity of internal usages, telephone, internet,
– Monitoring of office stationaries and furniture
– Monitor and Control Staff (soft drink, snack, office party)
– Issuing Company ID to new employees
– Perform another task assigned by manager

Job Requirement

– High IQ (more than 5/10 points)
– At least 1- 2 years of experience in HR and Admin management
– Proven knowledge and understanding of HR function
– Working experience in an international company
– Business English skills good enough to communicate naturally with foreign staff
– Strong Knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and regulations
– Fast learner, honest and flexible person
– Strong commitment and vision
– Able to use Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Excel, Power point, Emails, research on website)

Priority

– Working Experience in Fintech companies or MFI sector
– Working experience under a foreign boss and a start up company
– Not a job hopper and working experience in one company more than 3 years
