Responsibilities:
– Assist management to review, revise, and update company policies
– Manage the flow of information throughout the company
– Oversee Office Administration and resolve any issue in workplace
– Field employee questions and handle any disciplinary matter
– Work with communications department to develop new hire guides
– Support management in talent acquisition and performance management
– Assist in employee training and development, and fostering a dynamic company culture
– Supervise new employee orientation and employee engagement activities
– Propose creative ideas for employee engagement and other HR processes
– Stay up to date with changes in employment law and industry best practices
Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Excellent English language skills
– Strong communication and relationship building skills
– Adept at employee engagement
– Demonstrates good judgment and discretion
– Ability to implement company policies effectively
– Has the drive to serve and be impactful
– Highly organized and confident in taking on multiple projects at the same time
– Resourceful and pro-active with strong negotiating skills
– Passionate about building a strong company culture as a place to thrive, add value and be
valued
