Job Description

– Set up the company HR regulation and rules discussing with the Japanese Management team.
– Manage payroll. Set up a salary management system and operation.
– Create documents and systems of the company related to labor management, and make sure that all the rules and processes are properly following the Cambodian labor law.
– Recruiting works such as making job descriptions, interviewing, sourcing candidates, and other related works.
– Employee’s attendance management.
– Set up an internal employee evaluation system.
– Staff training.
– Other works assigned by the management team.

Job Requirement

– Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
– Advanced in English.
– Able to work independently.
– 3 years of work experience in HR Management.
– At least 3 years of consistent work length in previous companies is preferred.
– High discipline in following company procedures and policies.


– Experience in an international company.
– Have worked under a foreign boss.
– Experience in the retail business sector.
