Job Description
– Managing daily sales processes and ensuring daily sales operations run smoothly.
– Lead on business performance analytics to ensure the direction toward winning business opportunities.
– Lead on tactical promotion and trade execution to ensure on utilize the right resources in a strategic area.
– Lead on distributor claim to ensure efficiency & effectiveness as a business partner.
– Lead on the export department to grow existing customers and extend the new deal with a new customer.
– Prepare and analyses ex brewery trend report (Beer/ CSD and Water to management on monthly basis.
– Forecast sales for Beer/ CSD and Water on monthly basis to Procurement Dept. for raw material planning.
– Analyses and prepare ex brewery target setting by province for SalesForce Incentive Scheme (SFIS).
– Prepare reports which are requested by management for direction decision making.
– Communicate and facilitate the process of rotation of slow-moving SKUs stocks between distributor and distributor to reduce market return.
– Lead by example and actively support EHS activities within your area and be accountable for EHS awareness and performance under your area of responsibility.
– Ensure to comply with the Group and local EHS policies and standards.
– Ensure adequate risk assessments are carried out, involving employees and contractors, during the development of the safe work procedures for the activities to be performed under your scope.
– Ensure all personnel under your control are adequately trained about the risk associated with their jobs.
– Ensure the third-party temporary labor worker working in your area are adequately trained and comply with the site EHS rules.
– Ensure adequate PPE is available for employees and contractors working under your area.
– Ensure that periodic inspections are conducted to identify EHS concerns and action plans have been developed and implemented to eliminate EHS issues from its source.
– Ensure employees and contractors under their supervision have at least one personnel performance priorities are related to EHS activity or topic.
Job Requirement
– Master/bachelor’s degree in business, sales/marketing, or related field.
– Good computer literacy: Ms. Office, Excel, and E-mail.
– Able to use English at a good level.
– At least 5years’ experience in Sales and managing distributors of consumer product organizations..
– Experience managing a high-performance sales team.
– Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
– Good knowledge of sales planning, marketing, and development.
