Job Description:
– Check monthly and annual tax declaration
– Review all questions or requests from client/tax officer
– Daily problem solving and coordinating internal and external stakeholder
– Facing clients and tax auditors
– Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
– Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
– Support Accounting Manager in the implementation of necessary controls
– To be thoroughly familiar with the duties and responsibilities of all the team leaders & accounting staff and be able to train them up to the standards required
– To provides and ensure that all employees also provide courteous and professional service and to maintain good working relationship with all colleagues throughout the companies
– Assist in the training of the employees ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with maximum efficiency
– To be aware of and also ensure that all employees have a complete understanding of the company’s policies and procedures and to adhered to them
– Leading, guiding, organizing, managing, training and motivating to subordinates
– Perform Daily/monthly/yearly key reconciliation in proper technical manner
– Updating company policies, if necessary, then submit to BoD
– Prepare Management Report submit to BoD
– Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs
– Conducts meetings with all departments to get updated on the works
– To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirement:
– Bachelor’s degree of accounting or finance
– Priority for candidate with tax agent certificate or in part of ACCA
– Knowledge of Cambodia tax law
– Knowledge of Cambodia accounting standards (CIFRS for SMEs)
– Knowledge of auditing
– 3 years’ experience in tax and accounting
– Work on time, accurate and flexible
– Listening, understanding, and responding
– Positive attitude and Critical thinking
– Available to interact with employees at all levels
– Excellent communication in both oral and writing, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
– Ability to train/drive team and being good at presentation skill
– Be detailed, precise, serious and careful
– Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment
– Have strong management and leadership skill
– Good at using English, priority for candidates who can use Japanese
– Good manner
– Friendly, politely, and honesty
– Can use Microsoft office, QuickBooks, Internet, etc.
