Job Description
– Coordination of purchasing and facilities management
– Making and filing documents requested by the management team.
– Meetings and appointments coordination and arrangements.
– Make travel arrangement for the management and visitors from overseas etc.
– Drafting any contract requested by the management. It can be for human resource related (employment contract and company regulation), application form for the Ministries and GDT, etc.
– Research of automotive production equipment suppliers locally.
– Supporting managers upon their request.
Job Requirement
– Advanced level of English fluent enough to work with foreigner managements
– Bachelors degree
– 5 years of experience in General Admin or HR position in an international company
– Good team worker
– At least over 3 years of constant work length in previous companies
– Good researching skills online and offline
– Experience in high-standard work environment (no legal violation)
Priority
– Work experience in an automotive related industry
– Able to work both in city area and suburb area of Phnom Penh
– Strong knowledge in the Cambodia’s legal rules
– Have studied in oversea universities and graduate schools
– Able to use Japanese for N2 above level
