Job Description
– Handle accounting, daily voucher checks, purchase checks, payment preparation, etc.
– Prepare accounts payable/receivable transactions.
– Assist process the internal document procedure
– Doing data input using by excel and manage documentation
– Deposits and withdrawals at bank
– Reports to manager.
Job Requirement
– Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Finance
– Working experience related to Accounting and Finance
– Able to use MS and Google Tools at advanced (especially Excel)
– Able to speak English at a Good level
– High IQ (more than 5/10)
– Have a great sense, motivated and easy to communicate
Priority
– Female
– Working experience more than 2 years is preferred
– Able to speak Japanese is an advantage
– Working experience in a restaurant / F&B industry
– Working experience in a Japanese company
