JOB DESCRIPTION
-General accounting tasks, including reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts and general ledger operations, preparing journal entries, preparing monthly closing and financial report s, preparing account/bank reconciliations;
-Prepare & closing monthly accounting and submit financial reports to HQ
-Prepare overall financial cost accounting support &monthly tax declaration and submission;
-Processing accurate invoices to customer, prepare re & verify SOA & Interco expenses;
-Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely;
-Settle amounts due, or recover outstanding receivables;
-Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues;
-Management of cash flow and preparation of monthly cash flow projections.
-Handling petty cash and office administration matter; Ensure all expenses are within assigned budget and verify the completeness of all required supporting documentation for all payments vouchers;
-Prepare payments, remittance, bank transfers and do the bank transaction
-Prepare and coordinate financial audit;
-Ensure the completion of all month end close activities related to all costing
-Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year end closure of accounts, including bank reconciliation, and submit and submit reports to the head office as per prescribed deadlines;
-Ensure proper and complete documentation and filing for easy retrieval of all accounting related documents;
-Office administration & maintaining company fixed assets;
-Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director
JOB REQUIREMENT
– Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting / Finance / Auditing
– At least 3-4 years of work experience in accounting and finance functions in Aviation (Airlines / GSSA / CSA) / Freight Forwarder industry is preferable
– Good accounting software (Quick Book)
– Good computer literacy: MS. Word, Excel (Advanced level is preferable), Outlook / Email, Internet
– Good command of English in both verbal and writing communication
– Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with team and manage the workload
– Self-management and sound knowledge of being a highly responsible
– Understand the sense of urgency; commit to deadline and compliance
