Job Description
This position will be responsible for Site Management of Mechanical / Electrical Works with Main Contractor & Sub-contractor.
– Visiting and surveying the premises where an air conditioning system is to be installed
– Producing an estimate for the cost of constructing and installing the system
– Ordering and buying in materials copper, plastic and steel
– Diagnosing and fixing faults if equipment does not work properly
– When installation is complete, carrying out quality inspection and tests
– Doing regular service checks of the systems.
– Follow manager’s direction to complete the project
– To make sure that work is being carried out as per design/specification/or planning
– Other tasks assigned by manager
Job Requirement
– 2~3 years working experience as a similar role in construction site
– Diploma or above
– Competence in Microsoft Excel/Project/CAD/BIM
– Knowledge about Mechanical systems design and shop drawing preparation
– Able to speak English at least good level
Priority
– 3~5 years working experience as a similar role
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering
– Good knowledge in ACMV system design and installation

– Overtime Allowance (Calculated according to Cambodia Regulation)

– Fuel Fee USD 10.00/month (if the candidate uses Motorbike)
