Job Description
This position will be responsible for Design &T ender work, and Documentation & Filing works.
– Review tender requirements and prepare cost estimation
– Take off all equipment and materials qty accurately and prepare detail bill of quantities.
– Prepare quotation and other necessary documents for tender submission.
– Source, review and negotiate cost with vendors.
– Prepare technical & productivity write-ups for tender submission.
– Plan resources including manpower, plant & equipment during tender stage.
– Plan for construction sequence & prepare master program during tender stage.
– Other tasks assigned by manager
Job Requirement
– 2~3 years working experience as a similar role
– Diploma or above
– Competence in Microsoft Excel/Project/CAD/BIM
– Knowledge about Mechanical systems design and shop drawing preparation
– Able to speak English at least good level
Priority
– 3~5 years working experience as a similar role
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering
– Good knowledge in ACMV system design and installation
