Job Description

– Develop and maintain a high standard of internal controls; and manage disbursement related data
– Lead/manage system development activities:
— Evaluate existing systems, identify the need for new systems or modifications to existing systems
— Support the connection between the Disbursement Division and the IT Department
— Oversee the data process and management of loan to ensure that financial information and disbursement transactions are properly maintained
– Prepare reports on disbursement activities to Management and the Boards of Directors
– Be the primary contact person on disbursement initiatives and activities
– Prepare or update disbursement policies and guidelines for the approval of Management
– Represent the Disbursement Division on relevant Bank-wide working groups
– Follow up Audit recommendations

Job Requirement

– Sympathy for the philosophy and mission of the Company
– Good knowledge of accounting and financial information systems
– Experience with internal audit and internal control systems
– Be able to manage some multi tasks on time
– Working experience in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration at least 5 years
– Advanced skill in spoken and written English
– Strong communication, time management and problem solving skills to present and discuss technical issues in a manner understandable to non-technicians.

Priority

– Has knowledge on Agricultural technology
– Working experience in an international company using English in daily communication
– Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese an advantage
