Job Description

– Familiar with Digital marketing & social media management (such as online posting – Facebook, websites, WeChat, twitter, YouTube, creating QR code, SEO, SEM, mobile marketing, search engine etc.)
– Proven Facebook working experience is a must (pages management, LIVE streaming, messenger, call-for action CTA function)
– Familiarity with the following knowledge is a must (online traffic, conversion rates, paid search, SEO, SEM, = PPC, bounce rate, search terms)
– Solid knowledge of analytics tools or ad serving tools such as Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends, Dart, Atlas, AdTech is a big plus
– Able to analyze metrics identify trends
– Monthly analysis of all digital marketing campaign especially Facebook performance
– To develop; oversee all digital marketing work (e.g., online; display ads, database, promotion, trade incentives, website etc.)
– To brainstorm & implement innovative ideas & strategies, managing all online campaign (such as contests, giveaways, competition)
– To develop good internally & externally relationships with all key stakeholders (e.g., agencies, vendors partners)
– Able to build resources & contacts with important media partners such as Facebook & Google
– Able to do Video shooting & 360-degree video online streaming is a plus.

Job Requirement

– Degree in IT, Marketing or equivalent
– At least 3-year experience in content development
– At least 3-year experience in design
– Experience in insurance sector is an advantage
– Be proactive and result-oriented
– Positive attitude
– Willingness to learn new skill
– Good interpersonal skill
– Proficient English skill
– Excellent Khmer skill


– Annual incentive
– Bonus (13th month salary for Pchum Ben and Khmer New Year)
– Commission base on result
– Public holiday and special leave comply with Cambodia labor law
