Job Description

<Position Summary>
You will be the store sub manager of the new retail shop from Japan. You are expected to manage the Admin work of a large shop over 1,000 sqm supporting the store manager.
– Product quality check before putting them in the shop front. Ensure if the products are no damage nor error.
– Stock control and asset management. Accurately manage the variety and amount of the items in warehouse and report the data to purchasing department and accounting department.
– Recruiting shop staff cooperating with HR department
– Manage the daily store sales data and cash data, the report those data to the accounting department.
– Share the stock information with the sales chief and make proper purchase order to the purchasing department.
– Manage staff’s attendance record.
– Maintain the shop equipment and office devices.
– Other tasks assigned by HQ and Store Manager.

Job Requirement

– Good level of English for daily communication
– Able to work independently
– Experience in backyard role of a shop at least for 3 years
– Very good communication skill that attract staff and customers
– High discipline in following company procedures and policies.

Priority

– Have worked under a foreigner boss
– Experience in foreign based retail shops such as Aeon group, Makro, Global house, Super Duper, etc.
– Experience in store management
– At least 3 years of consistent work length in previous companies is preferred.
