Job Description

– Work with PIA Manager and Extended Leadership Team (ELT) in driving the organizational transformation agenda by assessing, implementing, and holding a robust & efficient control environment.
– Lead/support an ongoing risk management environment by consistently and proactively engaging with all levels of management to prioritize (risk-based) agenda and deliver value.
– Lead/support progress monitoring against process & controls initiatives, provide hands-on support to the wider organization and, report results to local management.
– Work with PIA Manager and management to provide pragmatic process recommendations to drive operational efficiencies/solutions to business problems or requirements.
– Support expansion of existing compliance risk management process into a full enterprise risk management process.
– Execute the set process for follow-up on the open audit findings. Support to implement agreed actions as well as, leadership reporting to drive results.
– Develop Standard Operating Procedures, Desk Procedures, Flow charts and perform necessary training/alignment to implement.
– Deliver value by creating operational efficiencies through automation of controls and flow of processes.
– Expansion of functional domain to introduce local internal audit activities.
– Support the bi-annual local self-assessments for Carlsberg Control Framework over Financial Reporting (CFR).
– Support and coordinate Internal and External Audits.

Job Requirement

– Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance or Bachelor of Accounting and Finance.
– Fluent in Khmer and English – read, write and speak.
– Professional certification like ACCA/CPA/CIA is preferable.
– Minimum 4-6 years of work experience in the field of risk management and audits.
– Strong technical knowledge of local accounting and international financial reporting standards (IFRSs).
– High-quality stakeholder relationships at all levels of management, in order to manage expectations and influence decision-making to achieve objectives.
– Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking.
– Self-starter and proactive mindset to identify opportunities for optimization.
– Highest of integrity standards, work ethics, and professionalism – intellectual excellence and honesty in observing the right.
– Staying up to date with required competency and development in management and process optimization.
