– Handle incoming requests from customer to ensure that issues are resolved
– Respond quickly and promptly with good grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail.
– Perform other duties, as assigned on TO-DO-LIST directed by Direct Supervisor
– Follow assigned work schedule and always be punctual
– Attend a weekly mandatory meeting as required by management
– This position is required to work on a holiday weekend, as per the preset-schedule.
– Good knowledge of using smartphone iOS & Android
– Able to use basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet, and Email)
– Strong teamwork and friendly
– Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under pressure
– Good Khmer reading and writing, have some English reading and writing
– Good Interpersonal and communication skills
– Hard-working, smart, flexible, honest, and fast learner
– Students or fresh graduates are encouraged
– Non-experience applicants are also encouraged
– Speak Basic Vietnam, Thai and Chinese is a plus
