Job Description
– Work closely with SKC-CRM teams to assist with creating and executing both online and offline CRM campaigns and activities in Cambodia and Thailand
– Coordinate with local suppliers to conduct CRM activities and procure as well as acquire quotations for marketing materials, online and offline productions (Facebook, YouTube)
– Coordinate with dealers to pursue CRM activities (online and offline)
– Responsible for sending lists of potential customers to dealers
– Manage customer database (Salesforce) and pull up reports according to data request of KBC or other departments
– Cooperate with SKC-CRM and KLC to develop a mobile application for KBC and KLC, maintain and update content on the application.
– Coordinate with local dealers to provide support for CRM Plus, Salesforce and KBC-KLC mobile application
– Other: as assigned by the section manager.
Job Requirement
– Bachelors degree in Business, Sale and Marketing or another related field.
– Good command in English language (Speaking, Writing and Listening).
– Ability to use Thai will be advantage
– Be honest, teamwork, and good communication skill.
– Computer knowledge (Ms. Word, Excel, Quick Books, Internet & Email).
– Be willing to travel to province sometime
– Has good interpersonal skill
– Able to handle pressure and tight deadline.
