– Lead team in developing new market across Laos.
– Client facing and so daily contact with clients is a big part of a Country Manager job
– Manage all administration aspect of Business.
– Train the existing Sales & Marketing team to get potential business.
– Meet with different business houses to increase client relationship and improve B2B sales.
– Shall be responsible for managing all sales operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash, and quality targets.
– With respect to annual budgets and propose the annual business plan and do proper execution.
– The Country Manger will be to produce business performance reports, on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
– Any nationalities are welcomed.
– Must be well versed with English language have must have a pleasing personality.
– Must have experience in Automobile sector as a Sales or/and Marketing.
– Must have affective record of marketing as well.
– Minimum 10 + year working experience is required.
– Ability to communicate effectively.
– Experience in annual business planning.
– Must have good command on Ms. Excel and power point.
– Knowledge of Thai/ Laotian language.
– Any previous work experience in Laos.
