Job Description
-Administration task
– Ensure all office services, supplies and equipment are provided through managing office purchases and liaising with suppliers
– Plan, supervise and direct maintenance services and repairs of assets, equipment and facilities for office and all branches
– Other tasks relating to office and administration management that may arise
– Ensure licensing and post-licensing procedures for all restaurants and other lines of company business
– Ensure regulatory compliance, track and maintain statutory records for all branches, including but not limited to applicable licenses, permits and approvals, their validity and/or expiry date, and measures required to obtain or renew, i.e. fire safety permits, business licenses, environmental inspection scheme registrations, insurances, etc.
– Deal with internal and external parties (internal departments, regulators, external counsel, local and relevant governments) where required to ensure business meets regulatory standards and manage risks
– Review and ensure service contracts/ service level agreements are in line with the internal requirements and protect the company’s interest (e.g. adherence to standardized templates)
-Management whole team of back office
– Coordinate between office and restaurants in specific projects where required and as assigned from head office to ensure its timeliness and implementation
-Project support
– Based on Country Director or HOD in VN request, support to implement
– Support around ACCT and Cash handling communication on site and connect VN ACCT, operation admin, Country Manager
