Job Description
– Communicate with NBC and other governmental authorities of any issue on the company’s operation
– Writing the report for NBC and Management
– Study and analyze for all law and regulation of NBC and other government authority
– Preparation of the legal documents or administration letter for submit to NBC, MOC, GDT, MLVT or other governmental authority
– To control and review AML/CFT and implement know-your-customer (KYC) due diligence practice
– Checking and reviewing the completed legal document such as any agreements, to provide the consultation to customer of company.
Job Requirement
– Bachelors degree in law
– Can drive a car and have driving license will be advantage
– Have the knowledge about the financial institution law
– Good command in English language (Speaking, Writing and Listening).
– Ability to use Thai will be advantage
– Be honest, teamwork, and good communication skill
– Computer knowledge (Ms. Word, Excel, Quick Books, Internet & Email).
– Be willing to travel to province sometime
– Has good interpersonal skill
– Able to handle pressure and tight deadline.
