– Complete monthly payroll for employees
– Complete monthly personal income tax declaration for employees and report to Tax Department.
– Compile annual personal income tax finalization for employees and report to Tax Department.
– Contact Tax authorities on new issues of personal income tax and inform employees promptly.
– Receiving the employees’ termination from departments.
– Announcing to the employees and implementing all necessary documents and actions to pay employees’ remaining benefits.
– Follow up and record the new hires’ compensation structure.
– Assist to make annual salary surveys.
– Update and record the job evaluation for all jobs in the company.
– Register for the changes in staffs to the Service Labor, Invalid and Social Affairs.
– Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
– Has work experience in HR or another related field
– Good level in English.
– Work experience in an international construction company (Japanese company is preferred).
– Able to speak Japanese.
– Provide meal allowance at Factory.
– Provide company transportation from Phnom Penh to Factory.
– Fully compliance with labor law
– NSSF & Forte insurance (GPA, Health care and life insure)
