– Manage commercial plan performance
– Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
– Looks for opportunities to grow a business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and works to take advantage of those opportunities
– Analyzing the business performance, including the profitability, revenue, pricing
– Takes lead role in Products Pricing to ensure profitability and competitiveness
– Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation
– Coaches employees on best practices for managing contract issues and handling daily issues and tasks
– Conduct market research to inform strategic business decisions
– Oversee branding and marketing endeavors to ensure all efforts are aligned with business goals
– Build and nurture client relationships in order to continue winning new contracts
– Develops commercial department budgeting and forecasting
Job Requirement
– Bachelors degree & Masters degree
– At least 15 years in Sales and Marketing.
