JOB DESCRIPTION

– Introduce new product features to the Channel Customer, help customer to select and configure products.
– Select the suitable product models according to customers’ BOQ list and requirement
– Respond to customers, to help solve technical problems;
– Training technical staff of Channel Customer’s helps them improve the level of technology;
– Understand and consolidate customer demand for products, feedback to product department for product improvement;
– Cooperate with sales staff, analysis of the practical needs of customers; provide a complete project plan;
– To complete the project, the bidding work, to help customers make the tender document, make project tender, according to the required standard;
– Assist sales to determine phase of the operation of the project to understand the real project status, forecast project risk and seek the solution;
– To coordinate resources, provide technical support;
– Cooperate with the Marketing, for company, promote company technology and concept to the customer, the spirit company products, help customers to understand company market better, at the same time get more feedback from the market.

JOB REQUIREMENT

– Experience of Pre-Sales
※introduce device , check customer requirement with customer , and design system solution
– Technical support experience in Network, communications, computers and other related fields;
– Technical support Experience in CCTV field is very highly preferred; familiar with camera and DVR device connecting
– Familiar with OFFICE software, know sniffers, NCOM caught, such as commonly used network serial port caught tools; know how to configure router, switch, IP address;
– More than 1 year related technical engineer support experience;
– Language requirement: fluent English reading, writing speaking, listening is a must; Can speak Chinese is highly preferred
– Good at doing speech or training about products is highly preferred;
– Bachelor’s degree is must; Major should be related to science and engineering or IT major;

PRIORITY

– Chinese speaker.
