JOB DESCRIPTION
– Service Counter Operation such as Inquiry, Return, Invoice, Delivery etc.…
– Handling customer’s complaints
– Support customers on the shop floor
– Cashier operation; Cash Registering, Petty Cash Control, Error Check, etc.
– Monitor the waiting line to follow the rule properly. In case of customer’s cut in, you are the one to warn that.
– Check with the sales team about the promotion products and make sure the register machine will not make an error
JOB REQUIREMENT
– Able to work independently and also team working
– High discipline in following company procedures and policies
– Work experience in customer service. (Retail, supermarket, mart, restaurant, hotel, etc.)
– Able to follow the both shift schedule (morning/evening)
– Good hospitality mind. Feels happy to satisfy customers
PRIORITY
– Experience as cashier/store admin will be an advantage
