Job Description

– Answer to the questions from customers in Japanese.
– Report the difficult troubleshooting and complaints to the manager and solve the problem.
– Daily report to the Chinese boss.
– Other tasks assigned by CEO and Management members.

Job Requirement

– Fluent in Japanese especially for speaking. N2 level of speaking skill is required.
– Able to speak either English or Chinese for daily communication with management members.
– Cheerful character.
– Flexibility.

Priority

– Able to speak Chinese for Advanced level
– Prefer Female
