Job Description

This company designs and installs large-sized air-conditioners for both commercial and private room use. So they are seeking B2B Sales expert with experience in sales to:
1) building developer companies,
2) Air-con installation and interior design companies or
3) others (commercial buildings, a new condo, Chip Mong, AEON MALL, and so on).
– Propose commercial air conditioning systems to customers such as building and condominium construction companies and obtain contracts.
-Build good relationships with construction companies and other customers.
– Create and manage existing and new customer development lists, etc
– Facilitate interaction with MEP engineering team to ensure smooth implementation, sales and customer problem resolution
– Understand the entire construction process and conduct sales activities at the appropriate time and place
– Responsible for order confirmation (PO check), production and delivery schedule after receiving an order
– Expand connections and knowledge in the construction industry to discover and develop future potential areas
– Other duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirement

– At least 3 years of experience in BtoB Sales to building developer companies or design companies (for air conditioning, building materials, management systems etc)
– Communication skills and confidential attitude to build relationships with customers including the Management class
– Understand the entire construction process
– Advanced level in English
– High IQ 5 (Camup IQ test)
– Willing to learn about the products of the company well
– Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

Priority

– Mechanical Engineer Major or have experience working as a MEP engineer
– Work experience in an international company
– Have connections with construction companies already is plus
* Specialized knowledge is required, so candidates from engineering backgrounds who have worked for building maintenance companies with no sales experience can apply as long as they have good communication skills.
