Job Description

– Responsible for managing the brand’s profitability including understanding the base and origin of the financial indicator and taking action to improve the KPIs.
– Responsible for managing a brand promotional budget.
– Research and analyses the marketplace and target consumer to proactively respond to changing customer demands, market trends, and insights. Monitor key brand health and communication campaigns tracking indicators.
– Responsible for developing communication strategy and media planning; driving marketing campaigns for the brands, brand communications through-the-line development, and channel visibility.
– Responsible for brand innovations, starting from the trend watch to concept development and realization as the new launch.
– Be the brand advocate through promoting and educating the internal audience on the brand initiatives, programs, values, attributes, etc.
– Work closely with Trade Marketing and Sales teams to drive integration and execution of commercial plans.
– Work closely with Finance and Procurement to maintain OCM on a high level of efficiency.
– Provide support in Corporate Relations, Corporate Communications, CSR matters.
– Responsible for key relations with ATL, media, digital and PR agencies, external media partners, and key internal stakeholders within the organization.
– Manage day-to-day activities associated with all marketing efforts including project management, business relations, and reporting as related to brand development and performance.
– Lead by example and actively support EHS activities within your area and be accountable for EHS awareness and performance under your area of responsibility.
– Ensure to comply with the Group and local EHS policies and standards.
– Ensure adequate risk assessments are carried out, involving employees and contractors, during the development of the safe work procedures for the activities to be performed under your scope.
– Ensure all personnel under your control are adequately trained about the risk associated with their jobs.
– Ensure the third-party temporary labor worker working in your area are adequately trained and comply with the site EHS rules.
– Ensure adequate PPE is available for employees and contractors working under your area.
– Ensure that periodic inspections are conducted to identify EHS concerns and action plans have been developed and implemented to eliminate EHS issues from its source.
– Ensure employees and contractors under their supervision have at least one personnel performance priorities are related to EHS activity or topic.

Job Requirement

– Master/Bachelor’s degree in Sale & Marketing.
– 4-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing/ Brand management.
– Proficiency in speaking and writing in English.
– Knowledge of market research and analysis.
– Knowledge of business models and strategy.
– Good computer literature: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
– Strong negotiation, interpersonal and presentational skills.
– Strong analytical skills.
– Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
– Good time management and leadership skills.
– Good problem-solving skills.
– Attended to detail and mature.
– Able to work independently and as a team.
– Valid driver’s license.
– Willing to travel.
