Job Description
I. Major Responsibility & Duty:
– To assist Operation Manager to assure that GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ORGANIC, Sedex and BRC documents are properly developed, approved, and active.
– To assist Operation Manager for controlling of all documents within company (internal, external, electronic, hard copy) and controlled documents outside the plant.
– To assist Operation Manager to make sure all the GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ORGANIC and BRC records have been completed and applicable to all records which provide evidence of the effective operation of the company’s management system.
– To assist the operation manager on calibration, Fire safety, pest control, electricity consumption, waste, water, paper using and production reports.
– Problem solving
– Assist operation manager to verify staff working.
II. General
– To assist in controlling all GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ORGANIC, Sedex and BRC documents.
– Make and follow up all GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ORGANIC, Sedex and BRC records from every department.
– Lead, train and encourage all staff in the factory in case the operation manager is in permission.
– Follow up all supervision of each department.
– Engage and work with engineering professionals who are charged with producing timely and high-quality technical work.
Job Requirements
– Minimum 1 years experience in a service environment
– Bachelor in Management, Food Industry or related field.
– Good computer skills
– Fluently English and Khmer (Writing and Speaking)
– Experience in the food industry.
