– Plan, develop and implement strategic digital marketing plan to reach targets set by company, including increasing new user number, active user number, retention rate, user using time.
– Provide innovative online marketing concepts to boost company brand and product.
– Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook, Tik Tok, and display advertising to attract users, brand awareness and user engagement.
– Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
– Research on users and product trends, and identify new opportunities to drive digital growth.
– Research and analyses on market data and APP data, provide feedback to the product team to enhance the product.
– Keep platform creative, provide new high-quality concepts for content, lead Content Creators to keep creating and improve overall content quality.
– Other tasks assigned by Top Management.
– Bachelor degree in media and communication, marketing, management or related field.
– At least 3 years experience in a similar role, be familiar with Cambodia internet field, trending and have APP operation working experiences.
– Have Solid knowledge of App analytic tools like Google Analytic.
– Goal-oriented, able to work under pressure, good communication and coordination skills.
– Be self-driven with a high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
