Job Description

– Handle phone calls outside follow-up customers.
– Manage equipment for the company.
– Manage records staff absent holiday.
– Manage accommodation & transportation guests.
– Calculate the monthly salary of local staff.
– Go to the bank and/or tax department declaration.
– Assist the general activities.

Job Requirement

– High School Graduated.
– 1 or 2 years experience of Admin.
– Attentive person.
– Good attitude interpersonal flexible.
– English both and writing Advance level.


– Able to speak Japanese.
– Experience from the Japanese company.
