Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting the General Manager with preparation of documentation, data entry, stock control, bookkeeping and assisting following up with each department and so on.
– Bookkeeping related to retail, online sales and wholesale sales
– Preparation and management of accounting documents
– Staff attendance and shift preparation
– Receipt management related to retail, online and wholesale sales
– Purchase of equipment and management of fixed assets as needed
– Analysis and quantification of sales in various media
– Provide operational support to the general manager
Job Requirement
– Under 25
– Fresh graduates are welcome!
– Experience working as an Admin in a company with more than 10 staff (especially retail business is preferred)
– Able to speak English at Good level
– Has some experience in office work with using Excel and Word
– Understand the company policy and emphasize their vision
– Self-responsibility orientation and problem-solving skills
– Be passionate to try to understand problems on your own
– Logical thinking and high committed (Higher IQ than the average)
Priority
– Working experience in a Japanese company and interested in Japanese products
– Excel skill such as V look up and macro is a plus ( salary might be negotiated)
– Able to work for a long term
– Have some knowledge of accounting and tax
