-Handle phone calls from outside and follow up with customer
-Manage office equipment of the company
-Manage the records of staff absent and holiday
-Manage accommodation & transportation for guest
-Calculate monthly salary of local staff
-Go to the bank and/or tax department for declaration
-Assist to the general manager activities
– Able to speak and write N3 level
– English both speaking and writing well.
– Attentive person.
– Good attitude and interpersonal flexibility.
– Experience from a Japanese company.
