Amatak The Wedding Planner is urgently looking for Administrator & Accountant.
Job Duties
– Maintain and update the status of accounts receivable and payables.
– Process general administration functions.
– Evaluate all agreements & Invoices and organize customers, staff contract.
– Assist all accountants and prepare all cash flow reports and data’s
– Manage the work process and locate assignments to another regulatory employee.
– Respond in inquiries for all kinds of information relation related to the organization.
– Maintain computer systems and photo copy machines.
– Purchasing some elements decoration from oversea.
Job Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or Accountant.
– Proven 2 years working experience.
– Strong knowledge of office management procedure and system.
– Proficiency in accounting software.
– Good problem solver.
– Strong organizational skills.
– Able to speak English & Chinese
