– General affairs (payroll, attendance, other administrative documents, etc.)
– Application procedures to public offices
– Support for various administrative procedures for shipment of manufactured goods (shoes and sandals)
– Support for arranging lodging and transportation for business travelers
– Support for inventory of materials and work in process and merchandise
– Other tasks assigned by the manager, or other supervisors.
– Bachelor degree holder
– Working experience as an Admin/HR for at least 1~3 years
– Able to read and write good-level English
– Able to use Microsoft Office especially Excel
– Preferably a resident near the PPSEZ area
– Interested in factory management
– Experience working in the manufacturing industry
– Able to speak Chinese is preferred (salary increment will be considered).
