Job Description

– Administration for import and export.
– Input purchase order data in System.
– Keep purchase order data to compare with data supply.
– Check purchase order data with the system.
– Follow up material shortage to support production.
– Solving problem with supply for wrong product coming to the company.
– Order our material to Supply all month and check the schedule for material need.
– Issue payment request at the end of the Month.
– Check Unit price with supply for doing quotation new Model (spare part and Raw material).
– Control our operator work at the warehouse.

Job Requirement

– Experience in Administration for imports and exports.
– Have experience using English at work.
– Able to speak and write English well.
– Able to work at PPSEZ.
– High motivated person.


– Able to speak Japanese N3 Level.


– Salary can be negotiable depends on the experience and ability
– Insurance
– Provide transportation from RUPP
– Provide OT
