Job Description

– Manage Accounts Receivable – ensuring billings are timely and accurate, follow up regularly with debtors and help in collections within the credit periods extended.
– Manage Accounts Payable – ensuring payment to vendors and employees are in accordance to payment policy, respond to vendor queries timely, generation of commission by detailed checking and validation of sales reports as a basis of calculation of commission.
– Cash management such as preparing weekly cash flow report and bank reconciliations.
– Reconciliations of Interco transactions and balances and assist in preparation of monthly Interco confirmations.
– Month-end closing process by ensuring general entries are timely entered, reconciliations are performed, sub-ledgers are balance and revaluation are accounted.
– Support all audit related matters including preparation of audit schedules, attend to audit queries, provide information required.
– Provide support for timely submission of reports to internal and external stakeholders.
– Adhere to accounting and financial procedures, systems and compliance with accounting standards and financial policies.
– Custodian and responsible for inventory management.
– Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and legal advisors for the company.
– Align to the group reporting framework, accounting treatment and financial analysis for the business as well as operations.

Job Requirement

– Degree in accounting/related field
– Able to use Chinese and English
– Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience in similar position
– Proficient in MS Office applications, SAP, Million software
– Good communication, team player, meticulous individual


– Have experience in FMCG industry
