Job Description
Accounting and Finance Task:
– Overview all accounting team
– Check and approve on payment document.
– Reconciliation all GL account
– Checking all financial transaction and GL at all branches.
– Consolidate financial report
– Check on monthly payroll branches
– Verified and post collection in NAV (Collection header
– Follow up collection and default
– Coordinate with CS Depart. To push collection
– Check CS incentive
– Check contract status for pre and post customer to see if there is some contract that expire, and make analyses summary to send to all top managers.
– Morning briefing with Customer Service department and Operation department
– Control inventory
– Control fixed assets.
– Check all cash flow in company.
– Manage payment schedule
Customer Service task:
– Follow up collection and default, Barcode closing &follow up with CS.
– Check CS incentive all branches.
– Attend briefing with CS department 1/weeks
System:
– Make adjustment (Inventory, fixed assets, depreciation, tax adjustment, payroll, and accrual account).
– Key in write off and block on excel list in NAV
– Reconcile all GL account
– Produce financial report for SRP
Tax:
– Prepare and accurate monthly and yearly tax declaration
– Calculate monthly tax declaration such as VAT, Salary Tax, and prepare yearly tax declaration
Reports:
– Consolidate financial reports
– Consolidate monthly tax report
Accounting report: (Receivable aging, Inventory Report, Fixed asset Report….,)
Job Requirement
– Cambodian
– Graduated the Bachelor degree of Accounting or Finance
– At least 2-year experiences as accountant in private sector
– Computer literate (Ms. Office) & Good knowledge Peach-tree
– English for communication skill (oral and writing)
