SISKH Co., Ltd is urgently looking for Accounting Manager.
We are looking for a mature and responsible Accounting Manager to manage all financial transactions and reporting with integrity. Responsibilities include reviewing procedures, customer billing, reconciling bank statements, accounts reviewing and supervision. The ideal candidate would also be able to independently complete the review of tax returns and assist in the completion of the company’s tax planning.
To be successful in this role, you should have a flair for spotting numerical mistakes and approach each issue with an analytical mindset. Ultimately, with effective tasks planning and management, you will lead the accounting team to be an integral part of the company while ensuring we are compliant with all tax regulations.
Essential skills & experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
– Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Accountant
– Knowledge of accounting procedures
– Knowledge of Cambodian Tax Laws
– Fluency in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
– Proficiency in English to communicate with international suppliers like Microsoft
– Strong attention to detail, highly organized and responsible
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
– Adept at multi-tasking and prioritising to get all work done
– Proactive with strong interpersonal skills to work in a team and with other business units
– Ability to analyze practices, methods and procedures and recommend new procedures
– Experience in setting up accounting system would be advantageous.
– Ensure proper bookkeeping in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
– Bill clients promptly and manage account receivables to ensure timely collection
– Manage accounts payable and reconciliations
– Monitor ongoing cash and liquidity needs for operations
– Review and report any discrepancies found in records
– Cambodian Tax declaration
– Work with HR department to process Payroll and NSSF
– Establish, review and update finance policies and procedures
– Provide complete, accurate and timely financial updates
– Comply with financial policies and regulations
– Other tasks from management.
