Job Description
This position is responsible for Assist the Senior Accountant in all aspects of accounting operations and ensure that accounting and auditing operations proceed smoothly between Japan and Cambodia.
– Assist the Senior Accountant in working with the accounting firm conducting the external audit.
– Check and rework financial statement corrections
– Inquire and maintain cash to ensure that cash is in the correct amount
– Process cash withdrawals when necessary to ensure that no problems occur.
– Assist in reconciling any payments received from the bank.
– Maintain documents sent by the accounting firm and pass them on to the Senior Accountant.
– Assist the Senior Accountant as needed in the performance of audit duties.
– Other duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant.
Job Requirement
[English speaker]
– Graduated from Accounting or finance related field
– Able to communicate in English at Advanced level
– Work experience in accounting field at least 2 years
– Able to use MS Office( especially Excel) at advanced and can make formula by him/herself
– Working experience in an international company especially in a Japanese company
[Japanese speaker]
– Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree
– Able to communicate in Japanese at least Good level (N3 level)
– Interested in Accounting
– Able to use MS Office( especially Excel) at advanced
Priority
– Able to speak Japanese at advanced (N2 level or above)
– Work experience in a Japanese sending organization
– Has been to Japan for school or technical intern
– Experience in assisting auditing (external/internal)
