Job Description
– Monitor the day-to-day accounting operations (food & beverage business and wholesale business (including customs operations)) necessary for annual and monthly tax reporting to be done by an accounting firm
– Daily voucher issuing duties for the wholesale business using the system (about 30 vouchers/day at maximum)
– General accounting including Payroll and other HR operations
– Handle daily accounting tasks for both wholesale business and food & beverage business
– Issuing vouchers using the in-house sales system.
– Interaction with an Accounting firm or an Accountant advisor.
– Operating the accounting tasks related in wholesale logistics, inventory control
– Recruit new staff with the sense what kind of staff they need
– Manage all of accounting and admin job
– Other duties as assigned by the Manager or the Accountant Advisor
Job Requirement
– At least 3 years working experience as an Accountant
– Able to handle multi tasks not only accounting without any compliment
– Advanced English skills in written and Speaking
– Proficiency in MS Office at advanced
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
– Detail-oriented and the driven to take initial action
– High-committed and a hard worker
Priority
– Retail or wholesale industry experience a plus
– Able to speak Japanese is a plus
– Have accounting experience in wholesale channel
– Logistics and inventory control of food products experience
