– Verify daily Sales Reports in the system entered by the sales department
– Make monthly Bank Re-conciliation
– Manage on the daily usage of petty cash
– Organize revenue and expend process according to procedures
– Keep all relevant documents of accounting transaction as a reference
– Make daily, monthly, yearly income and expenses.
– Make monthly and annual balance sheets
– Another task assigned by management
– Graduate Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance
– Good at MS words, Excel
– Have Taxation knowledge is a plus
– At least 2 years experiences as accounting
– Know QuickBooks is a must
