Job Description

– Manage accounting projects with Senior Accounting Officer through direct work on the projects and management of the team
– Accounting projects will include Bookkeeping, Accounting procedures, accounting policies, Stock costing and control, Opening balance, and so on.
– Do the work assessment to understand the scope of work for the project
– Analyze the resources within the teams
– Produce work plan with activities and deadline
– Manage the project implementation and closely support the team (Assistants) to do their job
– Produce weekly report to Senior Accounting Officer on the project progress and problem needed to be solved
– Do training need assessment for the team (Assistant) and prepare training program and schedule to strengthen the team capacity to fulfill the job responsibilities
– Manage and keep track of team progress in term of abilities to do their job effectively and efficiently
– Manage the communication with clients
– Other tasks assigned by Senior Accounting Officer

Job Requirement

– Bachelor degree of accounting, tax or others related field
– Knowledge of economic principles
– Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations
– High level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
– Minimum 1-year experience in accounting fields or other related fields
– Knowledge of Computerized Accounting System

STRONG PLUS

– Can speak Chinese is a strong advantage, not require though
– Have experience managing a project or at least basic concept of how to manage a project
– Experience in accounting & audit firm
– ACCA or CAT candidate
