You are supposed to work as a Admin and Accounting officer of a construction site in Sihanoukville. The project term is 1 and half years. You are mainly work in Sihanoukville and occasionally visit Phnom Penh for business trip. Your tasks are below:
– Preparation and submission of monthly tax return declaration (online)
– Preparation of Annual Tax Declaration and submission to authorities
– Correspondence with GDT
– Update and submission of supplier’s list to GDT
– Reserve tickets for managers business trips (hotels and transportations)
– Manage the company car. Make roster of drivers in order to make sure to have a driver available every business day.
– Staff payroll. Documentation tasks with banks for salary payment.
– Make employment contracts following the company template.
– Other documentation tasks and admin tasks assigned by the manager
– English at Advanced Level (enough to talk with foreigner bosses)
– Experience in accounting work especially monthly/yearly tax declaration
– Able to work in Sihanoukville at least 1 and half years
– Careful worker
– Work experience under the foreigner boss
– Experience in yearly tax declaration by your own
– Currently living in Sihanoukville
– Work experience as accountant in a civil construction company
– Allowance package $150 (for phone, gas, meals and house)
