Job Description
Dealing with Chinese customers at hotel, casino and restaurant.
– Translate Chinese customer’s inquiries for local staff.
– Respond to customer’s inquiries (phone, face to face, texting).
– Corporate with other departments to solve problems.
– Take a note, make a record about customer’s feedback/complain.
– Provide information to the customers about accommodation, facilities, etc.
– Other tasks assigned by General Manager
Job Requirement
– Advanced level of Chinese.
– Good level of English.
– Able to interpret Chinese and Khmer or Chinese and English.
– Have interests in hospitality industry.
– Able to use Microsoft Office.
– Willing to learn new things.
