– Handle whole accounting and finance tasks with multibook
– Bookkeeping & Settlement (Daily/Monthly/Yearly)
– Handle Monthly Tax Declaration
– Processes making payments from all funds and issuance of check documents for the purpose of making payments
– Reconciles financial data for the purpose of maintaining accurate account balances
– Manage and checking all kind account documents, invoice, purchase order and bill
– Control petty cash and daily expense.
– Prepare and Monitor each project cost
– Control and prepare monthly inventory report.
– To ensure all the accounting process and policy is properly carried out and followed.
– Able to speak and write English good level
– Have an experience of accountant around 3-5 years
– Able to handle monthly tax(Cooperate with accounting firm)
– Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
– Good communication skill
– Experience in Construction industry
