Job Description

– Export shipping arrangement, Freight tracing, Handover the required documents to acct team to issue invoice.

– Resonance to inquiries from customers after shipments confirmed, keeping the record of shipments.
– Check & maintain SOP of Export operation, pursuit job efficiency of export operation.
– Irregular report to all concerned party, take action to avoid. Irregular (damage, delay, missing,) Sharing the information from Carrier to customers and sales team.

Job Requirement

– Having an interest in work with wide view. Proactively learning from superior/other sources to improve quality of sales activity in Logistics service field.
– Proactively gather information from multi sources including superiors/broadcasting/books and other advisors.
– Cooperating with other team members proactively. Able to share the information that he/she have with suitable way.
– Able to care other others. Can accept/respect the other way of thinking from team members.
-Can have clear/logical presentation to customer/superior to them understand and have right decision.
– Motivated to have the knowledge and skill for own tasks. Continuously trying to improve own skill. (Including certification or qualification)
– Can continue the work with patient even if it’s a simple/monotonous work.
– Always to be honest to the customers/relented parties. To be trusted from customers. In case of mistake or wrong decision, can admit and think about the future improvement.
– Understand the company rule and due date of each task. Able to finish the job on time. In case of irregularity, can report immediately to superiors. (Team leader/Managers)
– Able to be always polite to customers/related parties. Always to be clean and have good manners that others like to do.
