Job Description

– Daily review on journal entries of accounting transactions
– Check costing invoice related to withholding tax and correct support document to comply tax regulation
– Check and verify the attached supplier invoice, customer Inv and control sheet and P&L summary
– Check and review payment request from Operation Team for accuracy
– Check and book JE for any transactions
– Compile financial report and supervising month-end processes
– Reconcile on BS and IS items monthly
– Participate and coordinate in auditing process both internally and externally
– Prepare and check the monthly reconciliation for all banks and cash
– Create and control on the prepaid expense items
– Prepare monthly tax and annual tax (TOS, TOFB, VAT, WHT, PPT and TOI 20%)
– Understand, analyze, and process financial accounting data so that legal documents can be properly presented to the General Department of Taxation.
– Control ISO document and comply with ISO requirement.
– Corrective action, ISO report, ISO meeting and maintain ISO procedure of finance
– Lead ISO implement project
– Other tasks assigned by manager

Job Requirement

1/ Knowledge requirement
– Accounting System is a must
– Microsoft word and Excel
– English is a must
– Knowledge of Finance and Accounting
2/ Competency and Experience requirement
– Able to communicate with customers both verbal and email.
– Willing to work as a team
– 5 years experience in Finance and Accounting
– Knowledge of Taxation
– Good in interpersonal, presentation, communication and problem-solving skill
– Demonstrate initiative, commitment, and responsibility to deliver the result and per deadline
3/ Decision and self-control in the job
– Within the scope of the Accounting and Finance
– Make decision and self-control within the area of the Accounting and Finance and Report to Finance Manager
– Bachelor degree of accounting field
