– Respond to customer inquiries (phone, video call, email)
– Data entry of inquiry contents
– Confirmation and reporting to accommodation facilities, etc.
– Other tasks assigned by Director

Job Requirement

– N2-N1 level in Japanese
– Polite and friendly
– Must be able to use Microsoft office.
